Hello, my name is Neeta Darragh, and I am an Enablement Director for VMware’s Security portfolio. I am responsible for enabling all of our Security go-to-market teams, covering sales, technical sales, customer success, professional services and renewals teams.

In order to scale, a lot of our enablement programs are either virtual instructor-led trainings or elearnings. During my session, I’ll share with you how we’ve incorporated social and informal learning into our programs whilst keeping them at scale.
WHAT CAN OUR ATTENDEES EXPECT TO LEARN FROM YOUR SESSION?
The learning theory tells us that we gain approximately only 10% of our knowledge from training classes or books. The rest comes from on-the-job training (i.e., informal learning) or from peers (i.e., social learning). Attendees can expect to learn how they can adapt their learning programs to use the whole learning theory framework.
LASTLY, WHAT ARE YOUR PREDICTIONS FOR 2024?
AI, AI, AI! I think this is a really exciting time because AI has really become prevalent, and many of the enablement platforms are starting to use it. I think we’ll be able to get more and more help and support, as enablers, from AI, which will make our roles even more effective and IMPACTFUL!
